Len Morris
Chief Executive Officer
Len and his wife Marci founded Viewrail in 2001. Today, he primarily oversees New Product Development and Key Account Management as the Chief Executive Officer. In his free time, Len flies planes (logging over 3,000 flight hours), cheers for the Ohio State Buckeyes, and spends time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.
Caleb Morris began his career at Viewrail in 2017, and after a brief stint as an independent consultant, returned to the company as President in 2025. Today he oversees all of the daily functions of the company, while continuing to utilize his background in sales and marketing to provide insight and direction. In his free time, Caleb enjoys reading fiction as a way to expand his perspective and grow in empathy for others.
Brett Harbaugh started at Viewrail in 2009, holding a variety of roles throughout his tenure. Today he oversees the Accounting and Human Resources departments as the Chief Financial Officer. In his free time, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, doing home renovations, and cheering for the Detroit Lions.
JJ Johnson began his career at Viewrail in 2018. Today he oversees all production, as well as Viewrail’s first party delivery service, Viewrail Delivers, as the Chief Operating Officer. In his free time, JJ enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.
Kyle Klimek joined the Viewrail team in 2024. Today he oversees all key digital functions of the company including technology operations and infrastructure, digital product development, data and analytics, and user experience as the Chief Digital Officer. In his free time, Kyle loves to travel and spend time outdoors hiking, boating, and exploring.
Zachary Nelson joined the Viewrail team in 2021, working his way up from Creative Director to his current role as Chief Marketing Officer. Today, he oversees all marketing functions of the company inducing digital advertising, branding and messaging, and media partnerships. In his free time, Zachary likes to snowboard and make short films with his son.
Lincoln Rassi started his career at Viewrail in 2016, working with a variety of teams throughout his time. Today, he oversees installation services, quality control, project management, and customer service as Chief Customer Success Officer. In his free time, Lincoln likes to travel and explore new places.
